Quick Support

What can Your IT. do for you today?

About Us

Your IT was started in 1998 by Colin Hay and has gone from strength to strength. 'I quickly realised there was a gap in the IT market for relationship based I.T. cover and support.' says founder Colin Hay.

It made a great deal of sense to pass on the business support and expertise to a third party and benefit not only from the total care of their needs but also have access to the breadth of knowledge from across a wide diversity of business types.

Long term relationships are born out of trust and ability. We take great pride in the knowledge that our clients truely believe in our two key principals. And it is those two key principals that enables you the client to pass on the project, large or small, and leave it to the professionals to complete.

Key strengths

Whatever your needs Your IT will find the best solution, obtain all the equipment needed, deliver and impliment the solution and stay on top of the project until it is all operational. With retainer based support the continual management of the solution will stay with Your IT.

Many firms have staff either on the road or working out of normal office hours. Businesses don't just work 9-5 and neither does Your IT. We will endeavour to address your issues and needs when necessary, irrespective of the time of day or week. In many cases remote maintenance is best performed overnight or at weekends at a time when the offices are less busy and if that is the best time then that is when we will deliver, and if a site visit is required then where possible we will be there when you need us to be.

Sometimes there are requirements that don't fit in directly with our products and services portfolio. It may be hardware, software or specialist services. These present no issues to us and we are happy to recommend where we can, or project manage a third party and even take over responsibility of the completed solution if requested.
